I've sold packs, including Highlander. This one has a quality and features I'd expect on far more expensive kit. Ideal for rail travel as you can get it through the doors. Very big waistband that will actually go around me!

Split at the seems after light use. No customer service prodived, at all.
I bought this bag in January, and used it for the first time last weekend. Upon inspection when I first received the bag, I made sure to check all the seems and all of the stitching for any imperfections - everything seemed to be in order.I ventured out with the bag last week, and when it came time to set the bag down, I noticed that the top flap of the bag had completely separated at the seem. For the short trip I made, the bag was lightly packed, and weighed no more than 7/8kg.I tried to contact Highlander to have them refund me the cost of the bag (I did not want a replacement as I have pretty much have no faith in the quality of their product, now) but they have ignored my e-mails.So, in short, a terrible product from a company with terrible customer service.I've attached some picture for you to look at before you decide to buy this product.Thanks,

Good piece of kit for son's D of E. Oldest has also ear-marked it for a short break abroad.Lots of little pockets and light weight when empty.Hidden zipped pocket in base which we only just recently found!

Greatest Pack
My this product was well worth it. It took at least a week worth of clothing and it was very strong and supportive during the entire trip.It has a lot of compartments and even has a rain cover just in case it rains.
