Yes, it's still 100 grit, but there isn't as many granules of sand, which would make you use more and it would take longer. I didn't notice any issues synonymous with grit contamination so likely pretty good quality. Though I wouldn't recommend it for stropping specifically. Through no fault of the product. As it didn't advertise that use case. If that is your use case; pick up some diamond emulsion or solvent suspension instead, if you can. Application and diamond retention is much better and not as messy. Though if that is your use case and this emulsion is all you can find.
