I needed to make a small double-boiler and this is just perfect for that purpose.

BUYERS BEWARE> This is not the pot as listed in the photo. It's just a lid. Very deceptive!

So two stars because it arrived exactly as described. however the second I pulled the top to open it, the little handle broke off with almost no force. Calling this restaurant quality is a joke. Its not even worth the effort to return so I'll be using it as target practice. Do not recommend.

Lid is durable and great quality.
