Excellent product
nice sound very playable. my only criticism would be is that it is a bit heavy.

Extremely versatile and well-made
I bought my DX 175 about a year ago and it is one of three D'Angelicos that I own. All three have great fit and finish. This guitar, in particular, is just beautiful to look at: the gold hardware with the matte black finish is striking. The TV Jones pickups deliver a very nice jazz tone but are capable of delivering a wide range of sounds, suitable for many styles. The neck gives an easy playing experience, and what's not to love aabout a Bigsby? I don't dive bomb with it, so I don't know how it would hold up under that kind of usage, but under reasonable usage the guitar holds its tune very well. The bottom line for my recommendation is that I recently saw the same guitar in wine and I thought about buying it. I own a figured top Gibson 335 that is a beautiful guitar. I wouldn't compare the two because they are very different, but I will say that it never bothers me to go from the Gibson to the D'Angelico.
