Does this work well with the epson et-2711? i am looking at buying one and want to know if it prints ok on this, or if it smears like other printers.

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOUR PRINTER BUT IT WORKS WELL WITH MY EPSON XP-352 REGARDS MAC.

The title of this item says inkjet and laserjet, the product only says inkjet. which is correct?

looks like both Product description Main features 1. A4 blank white waterproof glossy vinyl 2. This white vinyl material is specially designed for high quality laser and inkjet printing 3. High resolution printing 4. Full A4 size: 210mm x 297mm

Can I use this on balloons. Thank you

No reason you couldn't as its a water based adhesive

Hi do you need any fixing spray after print

Don't quite know what you mean by fixing spray as they are self adhesive. If you mean for car window stickers if printed on a laser printer then no, f prited on an inkjet printer then yes you need to spray them or the ink fades.
