The clasp to close the bag on the top is a little bit awkward to use because you have to lift up two leather straps after twisting the metal clasp. However, I don't see myself opening and closing the bag very often. It's definitely not a daily use kind of bag. The product team took extra care to wrap everything in bubble wrap and it comes with a dust bag too for storage! I really appreciate all the attention to detail that went into the design of this product. I am VERY happy with my purchase. For the second replacement, after a month or so using it, the zipper on the left side pocket broke off. This bag should be a lot less money judging on how it falls apart so easily. Update! I have had the bag for a decent while and was able to easily fix the zipper, and the bag has been holding up. I think the thing I did wrong is that I didn't put the straps over the clasp to keep it from breaking off.
