GREAT sturdy knife. Love the flashlight, very bright and holds a charge for a long time. The only thing I wish it had was a more simple belt clip. I found a cheap belt clip with an adhesive that worked great when I attached it to the knife, so problem solved. I use this knife every day.

I decided to take a chance on this to add to my survival gear and bug out bag. This is a great tool if you have limited space or get far away from your bigger tools. The holster itself is super lite and can be separated if you only wanted to carry the knife and lighter portion separate from the handcrank. If you were lost in the woods with nothing but the Vak6, you would have the 4 most essential items all in one place. You could definitely find higher quality individual items for your main survival gear but this is a most excellent all in one when needed. I look forward to testing the handcrank feature and lighter and then have it ready for the right time in case of emergency. I have purchased other Viperade items over the last few years and have always had great experiences with their products.

Very cool knife, I love the fact that it has a light and fire starter as part of the build. It is not as heavy as I imagined it would be. I cannot speak to durability yet as I’ve not put it to the test yet. Another nice aspect is you can get a hand crank charger that can be mounted to the sheath with it. If I find that the blade holds its edge moderately in time I may update and add the fifth star to the rating. For now I feel good with the four star rating.

As a proud veteran of the United States, Air Force special operations, I can tell you I wish I had this knife with me during my survival training. This knife has a lot of the essentials that you can use every single day whether you’re camping in the woods, doing things around your home and yes, even dumped in the Everglades for a week.. it’s incredibly well-made and not some cheap Chinese knock off. It also comes with a great charger and a very innovative belt clip.. ladies this would make a great gift for any man in your life.

In all honesty it's one of my favorite knives. It's a decent steel, blade came sharp. Only took a quick strip to make it razor sharp. Flashlights awesome. The lighter is handy. It's only downfall from getting a 5 is how it opens. It's kinda tough to open one handed. There's no assistance to speak of lol. But other than that it's an awesome knife. I just wouldn't rely on it to heavily on a speedy situation.

Put this in your bug out bag and you can have light, fire, energy and a solid knife in one small package.

The knife is worth about $5 for the blade. The flashlight about $5, the plasma lighter about $5. Then there is the hand crank. The hand crank is worthless because when you are charging it a, a large blue or red LED comes on, on the light and sucks most of the charging energy. Therefore it takes forever to charge anything.
