Rise and Shine!

We loved Tim Warnes’s creative, detailed, and thoughtful bear family illustrations in his book _Jesus Loves Me._ Our little son is about to be given a wooden Noah’s Ark play set, and I thought this book (in which the bear cub plays with a toy Noah’s Ark) would be a good companion gift.The illustrations are much more detailed than apparent at first. If you’re singing/reading the book at any kind of speed, be sure to go back and pore over all the thoughtful little touches.

The illustrations are precious and the song lyrics are educational to sing and funny for both kids and their parents.

Not only does my daughter love the book "Jesus Loves Me" illustrated by Tim Warnes, but so does my husband and I. I went online to see what other books he has done for children and discovered this little treasure. Both my husband and I grew up with the song "Rise and Shine" so we thought this book would be a great way to share it with our daughter. I cannot count how many times she asks us to read/sing it to her during story time at night. It's a wonderful book with fantastic illustrations.

This book is great. I have bought one for my son and one for a friend. It is a large book and has really excellent pictures. The pages are board-like so it holds up well. It's a great jingle based on the story of Noah's ark from the Bible and a fun song to sing for kids. I highly recommend this book.

I was a little disappointed with the literature content of this book. I don’t speak like a baby to my 2 y.o and 9month old so that was an element I didn’t appreciate. Otherwise, the illustrations were great. And length of book is perfect for little ones.

The books by this author are absolutely WONDERFUL! I've gotten them for my son and we get one or more for almost every new baby that we know. They are so sweet and the illustrations are just darling! They are some of our favorites! And now they are some of a lot of our friend's favorites too! I would get them a thouand times over!

After purchasing "Jesus Loves Me" by the same illustrator, I opted for Rise and Shine. I purchased one copy for my son and the other for my Godson's Christening. A great book with wonderful illustrations that kids will like to hear again and again and again. My son asks me to sing and we wind up singing it together at bed time.
