On my third order. In my flip flops, sandals, boots, etc. since arch surgery. Love them.
They aren’t lumpy and rounded like some. More elongated and the little nubs help grip. Adhesion:Stay in placeSize:Elongated not round and lumpyHeight:Good height and fit my arch flip flops perfectly Support:Great in sandals, not visible. I take care of my arch after surgery snd these are the answer.

Work well!
These worked really well for me!- The size of this arch support for me perfectly. It is a good amount of support for what my arch needs.- You have to make sure you place the sticker on the right spot so that it actually hits your arch. This can be somewhat tricky.- The sticker sticks for a while. I got a summer of wearing it in one of my sandals, but over time it does come loose. They don’t last forever and I wouldn’t suggest resticking them into different shoes, because they won’t stay.- As someone with arch pain, these were great when I needed to wear shoes that weren’t necessarily made with arch support. These aren’t a total fix and it would be better for my feet to only wear my shoes from higher quality, podiatrist recommended brands, but when I need a quick fix these work. I wouldn’t use them all the time though.

Easy to use, quality item
Honestly surprised how helpful and easy to use these are. I usually have orthotics for running shoes, but for my Sambas the orthotic put my heel too high in the shoe and I just needed more arch support. I popped these in under the insole that came with the adidas and they work perfectly. Quality construction and good adhesion to the footbed of the shoe.

A Bit Like walking on Golf Balls
I have fairly high arches, but these are too high and too concentrated in too small an area. Feels a little like walking on golf balls. Had the gel been smoothed out to the edges more they might have worked. Maybe they help others, but were a big disappointment for me.

Good option for overpronators
I’m a hypermobile 28 year old with severe foot problems. I have flat feet that over pronate really bad and put a lot of stress on my knees. I’m currently waiting on my custom orthotics from my podiatrist to be adjusted for more arch support to keep my arches from collapsing and causing my ankles and knees to twist inward, so in the mean time I was looking for a quick and easy fix. I bought the high arch option, which do a good job of keeping my arches lifted. I’ve noticed less joint pain right off the bat. I wouldn’t say they’re a good long-term solution for people with more severe issues, like me, but they’re a great temporary solution. These might be a permanent fix for someone with milder symptoms. They’re not super squishy; they’re on the harder side. But that works well for me because it adds more support.

Comfortable and malleable, and decent thickness
It's been difficult for me to find comfortable arch supports. These are quite comfortable, malleable.Decent thickness, works for my fairly high arches in shoes that already have a little bit of arch.Just be careful with positioning and gluing, the adhesive will likely only endure sticking once. They tend to roll up from the edge if I slide my foot out, but they smooth back down.

kept popping off and moving, Will not stay put
Could not get these to stick to the shoes at all. I got frustrated as I would get it placed perfectly, and then they'd just pop off and move the next time I would go to put my shoes on.I had hoped these would help fix my ankle going inward, and help straighten it out with arch support. Which it would have, but I can't get them to stay put.the support itself is good quality, nice material, thick and firm but squishy enough for comfort. The adhesive is awful though.

They work
These work, but feel so thick, and you really have to work it to get it exactly in the right spot of a closed shoe. Open shoes are easy to install them, but small flat shoes it took a bit of trial and error. So far they work good. They are only comfortable if you install them in your shoe correctly, otherwise they feel like you have something under your foot. Just be sure you put them in correctly and you will be good.
