Great tv at a great price
Thought it would be a good time to replace my 9 year old sony. I'm a long time sony owner and was hesitant to go with another brand. The great reviews and panasonics reputation along with 1/2 the price or less than a sony bravia 7 convinced me to spend my tax return on the W95a. Panasonic did an excellent job packaging the tv to prevent shipping damage. Setup was easy, I would have preferred a center stand to the now trending stick legs. After spending some time tweaking the settings, I've got it at my led/oled picture. This is a bright tv and it took a some work to keep the whites from blinding even on minimum brightness. The W95a is capable of producing a very vibrant picture while maintaining skin tones. The W95a doesn't have as many adjustments as a sony, fortunately panasonic got most settings set right so you achieve the same results with less adjusting. I'm on brightness level 20 and the tv is still bright, kinda oled bright. Just the way I like it. On to the sound. My Sony always left me lacking, especially with dialog. Not the case with the W95a. This tv sounds like you have a soundbar hooked up. Dialog is loud, clear and natural. Panasonic even included a subwoofer on the center of the back panel. For such a thin tv, the W95a produces very good lows. The sound quality is head and shoulders better than the sony ever was. The W95a s remote looks like my amazon fire tv remote with an extra button for tv settings. Haven't quite figured out how to get the home button to to open the home screen on the fire tv cube, keeps going to the tv homescreen where Hdmi 1 has to be selected to bring up the fire tv cube home screen. Got it figured out. On the tvs remote, press the 3 horizontal lined button And it will bring up the home screen on the fire tv. Even though the W95a hss firetv operating system I won't use the tv s Interface for my apps. I prefer using the fire tv cube for that. If your used to a quality picture and on a budget, this tv will rival flagship sony, lg ect tvs. Very happy with this purchase. Update: found my self changing picture modes occasionally to fix the picture. Updating the tv seems to have fixed the inconsistency in picture uniformity. Picture looks noticeably better, more realistic and oledy. Use digital trends settings as a starting point then tweek to your preference. Fixed the problem with my fire tv cube remote home button going to the tv homescreen. There are 2 settings options on the tv. The picture settings using the gear cog button and the fire tv settings accessed from the tvs homescreen. Homescreen, settings gear cog on upper right screen. Settings>Display & Sounds>Power Control>power on> and choose to "Last Input" rather than "Home" Now the amazon fire tv cube works like it is supposed to. Once this is done the tvs remote is needed to bring up the tvs fire tv settings. The fire tv cube remote will only bring up the cubes fire settings. Kinda confusing but works. When set up you generally don't need to go to those settings often. Someone needs to make a remote for this tv. One that is backit, has the buttons found on the Amazon remote plus extras, controls multiple devices and has voice control.

Amazing mid-tier TV for an entry level price
Arrived double boxed in perfect condition. Ran through the setup and calibration and the picture and colors are just amazing on this set. Despite having a smaller local dimming array count, it does an excellent job of keeping the black levels black. Even on VRR gaming where local dimming is disabled, there is very little noticeable difference. It has all the features I wanted, 4 HDMI (2 2.1 ports), 2 USB, audio passthrough over optical and a NextGen (ATSC3.0) tuner. The only issues I have are the quirks with FireTV. The constant retuning on navigating the guide grid is irritating and just sloppy UI, you'd think Amazon would have figured it out by now.

Very nice
Great replacement for 2012 Sony TV that cost $3k new. Very good tuner to pick up next gen stations.

DO NOT think of buying this product!
Thinking about purchasing this tv? DON'T!!!! I paid over $831 for a tv that lasted ONE MONTH. It completely quit working the day after I could return it to Amazon. All that promotion on the product page about 4 years of warranty coverage? WORTHLESS! There are no service centers to work on these Panasonic televisions. I've been trying desperately to get assistance from CPS, the warranty carrier, for 6 weeks and just found out all they will do is refund the price of the warranty which is $49. I'm so frustrated and disappointed in this purchase. I really expected more from a company with a well-known name like Panasonic. Truly, I implore Amazon to completely drop Panasonic tvs completely. What a horrible experience!

Great picture, great sound. Off angle viewing can be a struggle.
This TV has a wonderful picture with plenty of ways to customize it to your liking. The sound is surprisingly clear and with the dialogue focus feature, it easy to understand voices. The fire operating system works great and seamless as well. The only down side is the off angle viewing. Sitting off to the side can make the picture less appealing to the eyes. Other than that, the price is great and Panasonic has always done well for me.

Japanese technology no brainer
I never leave reviews but this tv deserves it. For the price your getting a whole lot of tv, its a no brainer. Panasonic Japanese technology is superb 👌. Sony and Panasonic are the same quality in my opinion. Dont sleep on it. Just make sure you have a good router or cable service to truly enjoy the amazing incredible picture.

Fantastic product
So far I’m impressed with TV. Picture quality is fantastic and doesn’t sound half bad. Anybody considering this TV… the headphone ships separately so I had a little concern. I haven’t tried them yet but didn’t really need. Anyway, TV is great so far.
