I'm an old man and don't care what anyone thinks.
I've come to the point in my life where comfort is supreme and I don't care what anyone thinks 99.99 percent of the time. Unless I'm going to a wedding or a funeral I wear these 24/7. I sleep in them. I've started carrying a man bag as they don't stay up real well with all the junk I like to carry around with me. My only complaint is that due to my big belly, it takes XL to fit the way I like and the legs drag the ground just a bit. No big deal. If I really cared I'd pay to have them tailored.

Love these - I have two of them
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. These are my favorite scrubs to wear. Unlike hospital scrubs, where I have no clue what body type they modeled them after, these actually fit me like normal pants (mostly). I'd say that they are certainly baggy. The are also a little long on me (5'10"). The quality is certainly good as well. I also enjoy the fact they have elastic bands around the waist so I don't *have* to tie the string to keep them on. Too many stories from people where their hospital scrubs literally dropped to the ground...Pros- fit well- almost looks like khakis- looks a little more "dressed up" than other colors- love the pockets, much better than hospital scrubsCons- none

Cherokee Scrubs are the best for the price.
I’m a woman but I prefer mens scrub pants. They fit better because they actually go up all the way up to my waist; my butt crack doesn’t hang out when I bend over. Plus the elastic waist with a drawstring are quite adjustable, depending on how bloated I am after eating tacos in the hospital cafeteria.Cherokee scrubs are comfortable, made well, and resist fading and stains.

Better than Landau men's scrub pants
Landau pants are great. However, the size small is great for me at 5 foot 7 inches length wise but is much much too tight around the hips and waist at 175 pounds making it impossible to use proper body mechanics. The size medium fits better around the waist but the length seems to be a foot too long with a little exaggerating. There's no middle ground! And a costly or difficult hem is the only way to go. Until Cherokee scrub pants for men come with a medium short size! So if you're like me, 5 foot 7 or about that and somewhere between 170 and 200 lbs, you shouldn't be disappointed with the medium short size! There's even a pen pocket on the right side that I find amazing and the fly is great too! The small Landau pants fly was too small! I will never go back to Landau. Thank you, Cherokee!

6'3" 200lbs 34" waist. M & L fit.
I'm 6'3" 200lb 34" waist. I am always in the awkward position of L or XL.I bought a pair of Medium scrubs and Large. The Medium fit good, I have slightly less mobility but they are far from looking like skinny scrubs or yoga scrubs! The Large are slightly baggy around the groin but still fit fine. They are far from looking like FUBU scrubs.I love the scrubs, the pockets are great and the best is the zipper!I would size down if you aren't sure!Again, 6'3" 200lbs 34" waist and both M and L fit, just depends on if you like them slightly tighter or baggy. Inseam is perfect for me.

Comfortable but Super Shear
The pants are roomy and comfortable and easy to don, and I like the open double leg pockets with the right-side pencil pocket, as well as the webbing draw "string". Front slash pockets are roomy, but there could be a second back pocket. What I don't like is that the material is so shear and thin that you can see light through it. I can't imaging this will wear well or provide much protection on a cold or windy day.Perhaps if they had put more cotton and less polyester into the mix, it would have been a more substantial pant.

I can look somewhat presentable at catering events and be comfortable in them in the heat of the kitchen
As a Chef, comfort and pocket space are paramount when choosing a pair of pants for abuse in the kitchen. Most Chef pants are baggy and do not come with as many pockets as these Cherokee Workwear Scrubs. As a somewhat straight legged cargo pant, I can look somewhat presentable at catering events and be comfortable in them in the heat of the kitchen. I'm a 6' tall male with 36-38 waist and a 30 leg length when buying pants for my personal life. Using the size chart, I ordered a Large size scrubs and they fit very well and are just a little long.. but that's okay. If you are a 31-33 length leg, these would fit you perfectly. I will definitely order these scrubs again in the future.

Great value scrubs!
Great bottoms for the price. I love the option to buy them in a short length. I bought a pair from a uniform shop for nursing school and had to get them hemmed and now those look baggy and wide at the foot. I took a chance buying the Large short bottoms and love the fit. I usually buy jeans with a 38 inch waist and 29 or 30 inch inseam. These bunch up a little bit at the shoe, but don't drape over my heel. I love the cargo pockets, I don't know how people live without them on their scrubs. I'd like to see the bands inside the pockets made with better material. It looks like they just took the cotton draw strings from the waistband and sewed them into the cargo pockets as dividers. The spacing is a little wide, so you feel your gear sliding back and forth and hear it all banging against each other. I have a penlight that I went to put over the strap and the metal clip ended up piercing through it, so now I put it in the pen slot on the outer pocket. I like to see stiffer material, elastic bands, or individually sewn compartments in the cargo pockets. They are big enough to hold a foldable clipboard in the inner pockets. I've come to realize that I'm not a fan of drawstring waistbands, especially if you have cargo pockets and fill them up. I can never get them tight enough to not sag. I would like to see the inclusion of belt loops, or a sewn in cinch belt. On scrubs with just normal or no pockets, I think the drawstrings are fine, but once you have the cargo pockets and actually use them, its hard to get a tight enough waist to support the added weight. After all is said and done, the price is great, the construction and materials are great, overall fit is good, and the pockets are good.

Four Stars
The only less good thing is that the waist elastic is to tight.
