Skids Palm Protectors

I bought a small size just a year ago, not from Amazon, maybe Walmart. I like that they are light weight and not so cumbersome, but small size is too tight for me. I bought medium this time, the material is obviously thinner than the previous pair, it feels like only half of the thickness. Plus the left hand one feels looser than the right hand one. Not sure if the manufacturer reduced quality to save costs or the seller is selling a knockoff. I would recommend buying them from a more reputed seller, like Dick's Sporting Goods or somewhere else.

Both my Libero's complained that they interfered with hitting. The didn't have the same "feel" when contacting the ball. They liked them for floor skills but ultimately ended up not wearing them. Too bad, Love the idea.

I used these in high school (back in the 90s) and purchased them again for playing in an adult league. I always tear up my hands when diving, and these really save my skin. It takes some getting used to to play with them on, but they are a real skin saver!

Though the skids ordered were the correct size and exactly what our daughter wanted, she is disappointed that they started coming apart after wearing them for only one night of volleyball. Not sure how the seller would feel about replacing them, but we won't be ordering a replacement pair for something that started coming apart after that short of use. Definitely disappointed.

My fiance uses these for wheelchair rugby and they save his hands so much! I've never seen anyone use them for volleyball, but most of the people he plays wc rugby with use them! They last a long time with a lot of abuse.

My daughter plays libero and is never on the court without her skids. She doesn’t have a problem with them interfering with her serves, but if they do she tucks them in her shorts with no problems.

I have been wearing these palm protectors through several seasons & many games, they still work great with hardly any sign of tear; I thought at first that I will need a replacement pair soon; but not for another couple of seasons yet.

Love them and price is great. My only complaint is my daughter is right between the small & medium so I ended up ordering one of each. I tried to find sizing help but couldn’t find any.

These are okay but the fit is really tight. My teen daughter with tiny hands could not fit size small but would have fit medium okay. Size small come in color pink and black, medium are blue and black and large are yellow and black. One pair of the relevant color per size is included, not two pair or colors as pictured. Product details are lacking on amazon's page, but per manufacturer (Tandem Sport) website, "Sizing for this product is based on: Circumference measurement in inches just below the knuckles (hand must be flat)" and is 5-7" for small, 7-9" for medium and 9"+ for large. My daughter fit within the small criteria but found it to be too tight.

I bought size large but i find the gloves are very tight on my size medium hands. these size large gloves will fit comfortably only on kids but not adults
