The product itself is amazing. I love how my hair feels and looks after using... so light weight and soft!The shipping was a soft bag with little padding, and the bottle was wrapped in a plastic bag. The bag was not sealed, and the conditioner cap became lose under heat pressure. The conditioner leaked everywhere. Only half the bottle was salvageable. Very disappointing. Especially for how much I spent on the bottle. Wish there was someone I could communicate with about the packaging and a replacement.

If your hair situation is fine baby soft hair then this would be YOUR BEST decision. This was a steal THANK YOU for this company reinventing there logo design which landed me a giant bottle of super pumped conditioner for 1/2 the price of there new beautifully designed products. This product increases volume to fine hair giving me that extra pump for the appearance of thicker fuller hair. Shipment came in fast and bottled was like I grabbed it off the shelf.

While I love the brand and product, it was shipped poorly with content leakage all over the box. Disappointed more care was not taken for this price.

I don't have arthritis, but if I did this package design would be the end of me. I have a hard time squeezing the product out of the bottle and I have fairly strong hands. I mean, I'm not elderly or disabled and it hurts my hands. Ridiculous. On top of that, it doesn't even condition very well. Don't waste your money.

I love the Puff Me S & C. It last FOREVER! I bought my first bottle of shampoo and conditioner from my hair stylist. I was super excited to find it on Amazon. The shampoo last me about 3 months. The conditioner last me about 6 months. I wash my hair once to twice a week. My only disappointment was when I opened my package there was conditioner everywhere...it was still a pretty full bottle so I’m not returning. I’m sure that was from rough delivery.

I AM OBSESSED! I have no idea what is in this or how this shampoo/conditioner duo works but it does and im so incredibly happy i found this online!! i used to buy this at a salon professional store so the fact that its available through amazon is super convenient. my hair has never felt so voluminous and soft and not to mention it smells so lovely!

It makes your hair so soft that you cannot do anything with it. The positive thing about it is that it’s like instant softeners.
