So, two things. 1) This product did work for me! 2) I did get VERY bloated from taking them. I had a large cheat meal and dessert and took the pills as directed. Immediately after eating I got a VERY full bloated feeling that went away in about 2 hours. The pill did work and I maintained my weight. Usually a day or two after a cheat meal I will put on a few pounds (and loose them again quickly) but not this time. So...if you're willing to be uncomfortable after eating then these are a good product especially for the price.

Let me say first off I had to wing myself off of high carb foods and it’s hard living down south with so much good not so clean food. I was in the process of getting back in shape and healthy, and decided this would help me and best believe it did, the only reason I didn’t order another bottle just yet is because I’m challenging myself to not use it as a crutch, which it can become because this carb blocker definitely works. I wasn’t adding any unwanted lbs while eating what I did not need to be eating. Much more disciplined to where I don’t need it anymore but you have to buy it now if you’re “lazy” or want it for “cheat meals“ here or there! Or need that extra boost! Give it a shot! Give it 3 stars because I have no side effects didn't want to go any higher or lower because I don't know of they are working by blocking carbs as compared to not taking them. You'd have to have a complete studie of multiple people eating the exact same thing with exact same activity and dieting routine and then placebo introduced, and everyone the exact same metabolism.. I take them out of faith or a couldn't hurt while I'm trying to lose weight mode.

i have been on atkins diet 40 for 3 months but i am not turning ketosis , but every since i start taking these before my meals , boom within 48 hours my body started ketosis , i guessed because of my age it takes awhile , went i first did the atkins diet there wasnt much product out there for low carb diet so i ate nothing but meat ,cheese, jello which makes me speed up my goal , but i was young back then ...now im 54 things slow down , my weight loss is very slow even on this pills but atleast it got me going ketosis ...i can tell i sweat a lot also it is true it might affect the smell of your breath but with the covid 10 ,you wear mask at work so nobody will smell your breath

Product did not work... not satisfied at all... made no difference if took these before meal or not... other brands are much more efficient than this brand... very discouraging

I use this pills when I have to eat something with heavy carbs. My glucose level doesn’t go up and helps me loose weight too!

I took 2 pills around 5pm. Shortly after taking the recommended dose, I had the worst stomach pain. It caused me to have extremely bad gas - It almost felt like I had taken 2 laxatives. At one point my stomach was hurting so bad that I kept getting the chills and thought that I was going to have diarrhea.
