Applied Nutrition Endurance Isotonic Energy Gel, Variety Pack - 6 x 60g

Good basic gels with solid main ingredients - maltodextrin for quick release energy plus some electrolytes. Other ingredients I'm not quite so keen on being in there such as the xantham gum - I understand that they want to tweak the texture to get it thick enough, especially with it being high water content/isotonic but it is the sort of ingredient that could lead to GIU distress in large quantities. Can't complain about the value, less than half the price of some alternatives.

Worked well on my hypo, flavours are OK.

Did exactly what it says boost my energy about 15 minutes after taking, I use it during playing Golf
