Good homegrown protein brand
Very easily soluble in water and easy to digest. Does not cause bloating. Absorption into the system can be different for different users. Protein content could be lower than advertised. Muscle gain was lower as compared to MyProtein or Optimum Nutrition. Good homegrown band for those who face bloating due to protein consumption. Tastes good as well.

I was trying to experiment with my regular whey protein n switched to whole truth cold coffee flavour while i was using healthifyme whey protein coffee flavour over last3 years Both off them costed similar price of around 3000rupees fr a kg. For me this felt similar but a bit bland on taste Pro: light and easy solubility No clumping Cons : barely makes different feel than having water with unflavoured protein powder Dint feel bloating nor constipated

Just like the name says
I have used this brand protein powder in 3 flavours, strawberry chocolate and coffee. My personal favourite is coffee. The other two even though have the same effectiveness and results, I found the taste not as per my liking. Coming to the protein powder, the whole truth has this amazing formula which doesn't cause any bloating, heaviness, or any other side effects of any kind. It mixes easily and you don't necessarily need a shaker for that. If you find your comfort flavour, then it is an amazing post workout drink. This brand has the cleanest ingredients and this the mental stress (which I tend to get after reading labels) is completely gone! 💜

Highly recommend for lactose intolerants
The only whey protein that doesn’t cause any bloating or indigestion! I am lactose intolerant, so most whey protein powders make my stomach upset. I have tested a bunch of whey protein powders and this is the only one that suits me. Good texture and taste. Adequately sweet. Plus, the ingredients are super clean.
