This is the perfect insole for high arches! I have struggled to find insoles that are actually for high arches and not just flat feet and I have found them! These fit and hug my arch so nicely I was honestly so happy when I saw that because I have ordered others and they were too low on the arch.It took like 2-3 trips outside to get used to but once you get used to them OMG they are soooo comfy and you barely notice you have them on and my arch has never felt more supported.I love that the heel is not hard like custom orthotics leaving your heels dry and aching.I definitely recommend for anyone with high arches looking for support!They fit into my most narrow shoes although it widens them a little (can barely tell) and no squeaks/noise when walking!You can cut them to the length/width you want to fit your shoe so overall perfect!

I must have arch support to walk comfortably and without pain. I really like the combination of the hard mold that keeps the arch support from not lasting very long. So it does last long with support. However, what makes this insole product unique to me is that it also has cushion support that feels nice to my arch. Normally other insoles I have purchased is one or the other, but not both. Both hard molding and cushion is great. Works for me! I am grateful to have found this product. Keep making it and do not discontinue a good thing.

There’s plenty of room to trim to your size. The heel is supported for comfort. Packaging is good, nice quotes of thanks inside. The arch is not quite as high as I need. Product is good for the price

I want to like these but they have no heel cup at all and trimming to size is not the same as buying to size. The arch support is good but that’s the only part of the insole that is reinforced. You get what you pay for, I guess.

This is a nice pair of insoles. My custom orthotics only fit in certain shoes and cannot be trimmed. So I decided to try these for some of the narrower shoes I have. Even though they don't have the steel shank like my custom ones, they fit quite well. They provide reasonable comfort. I would imagine though that they would flatten somewhat when they are worn all day. Overall though and depending on someone's specific foot issue, they perform quite well.

I've purchased several of these insoles over the past few years that I put into several shoes that I do not wear on a daily basis. My last set of insoles have squeaked whenever I wear those shoes. I remove the insoles and they no longer squeak and when I reinsert the insoles, the squeaky sound returns. I was disappointed with the lack of customer support, especially considering how I've been a returning customer. I was sent two, of the exact same, generic emails. Either the seller doesn't know how to communicate or they just don't care. Nevertheless, I will no longer purchase this product.

I wanted to wait after a week of use to write this review.6 years ago, I fractured my ankle, and the way it healed caused me to have a pronation of my left foot, making my foot flatter on the ground and ankle to leg alignment jagged.For 6 YEARS I have been dealing with ankle pain, and just accepted it will be like this for life and hurt. I travel a lot, and am walking at least 20,000 steps everyday. I also injured my big toe on the same foot separately, and the pronation would put pressure and strain on it, causing it to have pain as well.After a full week of use, I noticed after the FIRST DAY where I did 37,000 steps in that day, I had ZERO ANKLE OR TOE PAIN!!!!This product completely solved my ankle pain, and toe pain, and I feel like a moron for not looking once in the past 6 years to see if there was a soul that would work, id say it was out of laziness and having bigger fish to fry to be honest haha.I will be buying more for my other pairs of shoes so I do not have to constantly swap it and wear it out.Seriously, thanks so much Will!

These insoles are great if you have a high arch. I have bought multiple pairs for different shoes and they are easy to cut to size. For the price point you can’t beat them!! I have others that cost 3-4x more & they do same thing & wear out just as quickly.

Tenia dolores en el pie ocasionado por una presunta Fascitis Plantar. Me decidí a comprar la plantilla y funciona excelente, al principio resulta algo molesta pero te acostumbras rápidamente y el dolor desaparece después de un par de días de usarla diario. La medida es un poco reducida si calzas del 8 en adelante.

Me acaban de llegar hoy así que solo las he usado por un día pero me encantaron.Yo tengo el arco alto, he comprado otros soportes que realmente no brindaban ningún apoyo al arco. Estas plantillas sí le dan soporte. Las utilice durante una caminata de más de 40min seguidos (que generalmente es cuando ya me empiezan a doler los costados de las piernas) y de verdad ayudaron bastante a que no tuviera molestias.Recomiendo que las corten no usando las líneas guía de la plantilla. Es mejor quitar la plantilla del zapato que van a utilizar y trazar la plantilla original en la nueva plantilla. Así es más probable que quede un corte del tamaño del zapato (yo no las corté así, me guié con mi pie y quedaron más pequeñas que el zapato).

Bequem, unterstützend und passgenau zuschneidbar. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Ailaka Schuheinlagen. Im Unterschied zu vielen anderen Einlagen ist hier der Bogen wirklich mal hoch und deutlich spürbar, was ich als sehr angenehm empfinde. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
