Grenade High Protein, Low Sugar Bar - White Chocolate Salted Peanut, 12 x 60 g

Got these on Prime Day — happy I did, as the full price is tough to justify. They’re a solid post-workout snack with 20g of protein and help curb sweet cravings. This flavour is a bit chewy for me; I prefer their peanut or Oreo ones, but still a good “healthier” treat.

I've tried a fair few flavours of Grenade Bars and the White Chocolate Salted Peanut is by far the best one I have tried so far. It is soft with the perfect amount of chew to it. Some of the other flavours can be a little tough, way too chewy and grainy but not this one. It does not taste artificial either like a couple of the others do. This is my go to bar from now on!

The taste of these is really good. They are perfect for a snack after a workout or even when working on a night shift.

Tastes nice ( but a bit stale) it only had a couple of weeks left on it so I had to get a refund.

LE CARB KILLA "KILLANO" OGNI ALTRA BARRETTA PROTEICA SUL MERCATO! Le prendo da anni e si confermano sempre le migliori, in netto vantaggio su Prozis, Amfit, Muv, BioTech, All Stars e Nick's. Il punto di forza è, senza dubbio, il sapore: sembra di mangiare cibo vero, non cartone pressato e zuccherato! Oltretutto sono anche molto bilanciate a livello nutrizionale, calibrate per sportivi a cui serve uno snack pw oppure per chi segue una dieta low carb e tenta di mangiare pulito. La lista di ingredienti è abbastanza clean, fa eccezione la soia un po' ovunque ma, per il resto, trovo solo elementi reali come cioccolato bianco (dolcificato), arachidi tostate, proteine whey e caseine, sale ed edulcoranti artificiali. Purtroppo non sono certificate gluten free, anche se non contengono alcun cereale. Ogni barretta apporta 20g di proteine e 19g di carboidrati (di cui 2g sono zuccheri e i restanti sono polioli). Il gusto alle arachidi salate combinate con il cioccolato bianco è sublime e offre una buona masticabilità grazie alla parte crunchy offerta dalle noccioline. 😋 Ultimo ma non meno importante: saziano davvero molto... anche se ne mangerei una dopo l'altra! Mi sono abbonata ad "iscriviti e risparmia" per questo prodotto perché l'ho trovato al prezzo eccezionale di 17€, contro i soliti 29... un'offerta veramente imperdibile per la qualità proposta 💰

El sabor me encanta, son crujientes, cremosas. Las de chocolate blanco también las he probado pero nada que ver. Compraré otros sabores pero estas son, con creces, las mejores de todas las barritas proteicas que he probado.

je les utilise pour remplacer un repas, c'est un peu léger alors je complète avec un yaourt mais je trouve super bon et cela m'évite de manger un sandwich ou autre truc sucré et gras. c'est gourmand, j'adore le goût
