A: It’s for balloons. I bought small balloons for my sons birthday because I’m poor then bought this for 36 dollars and it made the balloons huge!!

A: Dry hair

A: No there are no white particles, just some added volume to the hair

**Q: Does this work on short hair without making it dull?  Is it a really dry spray?**
A: It worked perfectly for my hair I have a short style and it didn’t weigh it down or make my hair dull at all!

This wasn't too bad but had to use in conjunction w a dry shampoo so it didn't look dirty. Volume was okay, lasted about 8 hrs. However the scent is AWFUL. It smells like an old fashioned mens cologne or after shave. I smelled it all day and I immediately went to return it on Amazon.
