I make sure to always have a bottle of this with me, whether at home or traveling. My wife and I both swear by it. I've learned that many of the ill effects from having some drinks are not dehydration, but actually a collection of other causes, and Cheers manages those better than any other product on the market. We also like Z biotic, but that is something you take before you go out, while Cheers is something you take when you get home. The effect it has on how my head feels, how my stomach feels, and how my body and mood feel is truly impressive. I can't believe there are people in the world who aren't using this product. It is worth every single penny, and I wish more people knew about it. It has made it so that having a glass of wine or two at dinner is an afterthought and not something to be scared of, which truly makes life more enjoyable. If I were to sum things up, I would say that Cheers is a product that makes life more enjoyable. It saves your weekends. It saves your mornings. It gives you time back. A product that gives you time back is invaluable.

I've now bought this four times — twice from the Cheers website and twice here on Amazon — and all four times it has helped. And trust me, I've tested it. Bear in mind, don't expect miracles; they say it cuts the hangover in half, but the relief and hydrate products they sell also help with that. Still, for a casual night when you're thinking "I might feel rough tomorrow," this will feel like a miracle. They've got the science down, I swear — it's nothing like Dose or anything else out there. I even take their Protect supplement, which is for liver health, daily. I'm not sure that one works on its own, but since the other products clearly do, I'm willing to trust it's supporting my liver. Drink responsibly, but if you need the aid, don't make my mistake of forgetting to take it when you get home from an event — you'll regret it even more. This stuff definitely works.

I think this product works. At least when you drink enough water before bed, it does reduce some of the hangovers.

i gotta give it the credit it deserves, this stuff will be a game changer for many people, particularly for things like karaoke nights, bachelor(ette) parties, Vegas trips, etc.! here's my quick thoughts: does it entirely cure a hangover? no. does it make you feel SIGNIFICANTLY better after a night of drinking than you would have if you had just had water and aspirin? absolutely. in my limited experience with this, the only real con is that it's a bit expensive at $30/bottle, especially if you take 3 caplets each time like they recommend. BUT, if you think about it as the per usage cost, i think most people would gladly pay $3 to not feel completely miserable after a long night of drinking. some personal observations: - i've taken this with very little water at the end of the night and yet it somehow manages to assist in preventing miserable headaches that usually occur without proper hydration. this is a giant plus, and means you don't have to rely on any over-the-counter pain relievers i know many people don't like taking, particularly given the warnings that accompany most when it comes to alcohol consumption, etc. - i haven't had an insane night (i really don't like getting wasted to begin with), but on a night of say 4-5 drinks, ive taken just 1 or 2 caplets and it seemed to be just fine. i mention this because i think you can probably ration your bottles depending on your night. having a tough time staying upright? you should prob take 3. just had a martini or 2 with a coworker and usually feel off the next morning? just try 1 caplet and if it doesn't work, try 2 next time. - not sure if any of the vitamins/ingredients would impact this, but i found that i also slept extremely well, even if not a lot of hours, which is sort of amazing. - expiration dates seem to be a little under a year, so don't buy too many in bulk. perhaps the effectiveness is the same and it's just an FDA guideline or something (?) but worth noting if you are religious about shelf life dates. overall, you may not need to use this very often, but its well worth the $30 to have a bottle for those times you maybe stretched your liver's tolerance and only allowed yourself 5 hours of sleep. highly recommend it.

I am absolutely beyond obsessed with this product! I have been using it for the last 5+ years, and have introduced so many friends who are now hooked on the Cheers bandwagon as well, and now we all swear by them. I truly cannot imagine another morning after a late night out, even with very responsible drinking, and someone blaring unsavory music while they cook in the backyard, without Cheers. It saves the day every single time! Love you Cheers let me be your ambassador (since I already am lol) I always add in the Relief capsules as well in the morning to help you feel at least 75% better than you usually would. And after a late night in your 30’s, you need any reputable, science based help you can get to feel rested for tomorrow’s meeting - and you found all that and more, here at Cheers :)

This is a game changer for vacations with, well, I'll say drinkers. Take it after you're done for the night with a glass of water and mysteriously there is no hangover. Don't get me wrong, if you overindulge extremely, you will still be tired and drained, but the major effects of a hangover are mostly gone.

I do think this makes me feel a bit better the next day, but zbiotics is noticeably more effective for physical hangover symptoms. On nights where I only had a few drinks over a few hours and took this at the end of the night, I had some trouble sleeping, which I suspect is due to the high B-vitamin content in this formula.
