Great quality, color as described, comfortable, looks and feels very nice, material is soft and pleasant to the touch.

Very comfortable and it keeps my neck from bending when i rest my head on headrest. I see lots of comments about how low it sits. It sits right at the top of my shoulders which gives my shoulder support and keeps my neck from bending when my head touches the headrest. The quality of the pillows is very good. The material is very soft. The sewing and stitching is top notch. I like it. I would let it get some air before putting into car. It did have a factory smell to it right out of the package. Its all good now.

They look nice but have several issues. The main one is that they sit way too low to be a neck pillow. They sit between my shoulders and are more irritating than comfortable there. I tried to move them up the middle of the head rest and it hits my neck but stick out too far. Will be returning these. Too bad because they look nice. Update: Seller was very responsive and refunded my money without hesitation so I added a star back. These may work well for someone shorter but still not a good fit for me at 6" 1'. Decided to add another star back since they are still good quality and may work for some. Just beware if you are taller and want this to hit your neck. A lot of it may depend on the car as well.

Great design and super comfortable. At 5’2” this lands perfectly on the back of the neck for support.

The product wasn't bad. I was rather pleased with it. The problem was that it took a month to get it. That's why they get a one star. Did they have to make it ? No reason to take so long. I almost canceled my order. Won't order anything from them again!!

This neck pillow looks quite nice, and seems to be of good quality. However, it is much too firm to be at all useable. Regardless of how it is adjusted on the seat for your head, neck or shoulders, the memory foam does not conform to your neck or head. The.pillow applies painful pressure points instead of comfortably soft support.

Very soft and supportive, but for short people. I have a Mustang. I an 5'4". I can't get this high enough to properly fit my neck area.

Bonne qualité, a réserver pour personne de petite taille, moi qui fait 1.88 cms, cela tombe trop bas dans les épaules.

Got this for the wife when she’s not driving and in the passenger seat. Very comfortable and fits really well on the seats of our BYD Seal U. Good quality made well.
