Installation cd has errors
I received the item with an installation cd which is not working properly , it has errors on step 2 besides half of it is in german or chinese .

as described...software was useless and out of date...ended up downloading a better version of inpa from a forum bimmerfest

Defective
After trying various software, none could recognise the cable. Tried reinstalling the newest drivers, still did not work.
