The first time I used this product, I could tell is was of far superior quality than the others I had used and it felt solid and was very easy to use and disassemble to clean. Also, the first time I used it, I noticed that the bottom stainless steel container was missing one of the plastic windows. Since it was past the window for me to return it to Amazon, I contacted customer support who responded to me IMMEDIATELY and within a couple of hours, verified that a new replacement part was on its way free of charge. It is very hard to find companies with such great customer service and it truly speaks volumes.
