They are roughly half the size of a kleenex. One wipe is enough to do my face, neck, arms and legs, and I am not a small person.

Q: Do they have a strong odor?

Not so much strong odor, but in warm weather they dry out once you open it so wipe fast

Q: Is there an expiration date on these?

Not on the actual packets that I can see.

Q: Is it okay to rub these on your face/ears, avoiding eyes and mouth areas?

I'm not sure if it's safe. But the bugs stay away if you rub it on yer neck and arms
