Pinnacle Studio 21 Plus [Download ]I'm somewhat upset.I shoot nature landscapes with DJI Phantom.When I editing my movies, very often I need a function such as stroking and tracking a moving object.But, as it turned out, this function does not work in my Pinnacle Studio 21 Plus version.It is announced, but it does not work!At the forums on Pinnacle Studio I got recommendations to use the advanced Ultimate version of Pinnacle.Question:What should I do with my version now? (~$83)31 days have passed since the purchase.I'm somewhat upset.SergeyZ

It is great and does not contain foreign spyware, as I suspect some of the other inexpensive programs do. My only complaint is that it will not process 98khz sound and is limited to 44.1khz.

This program will not install correctly on my Lenovo Win 10 machine. It took me over 8 hrs to finally get it downloaded and now when I open it, it won't run. I want my money back on the item

As a YouTuber, I require an editing program that is stable and consistent. This program is highly unstable and very inconsistant, as I was able to edit some projects well in the program while others I was not. It crashes more often than any other editors I've used. It will recover your project upon start up however your cuts will not be in the same place and your clips will have spaces between them. Also, the program renders your videos at a lower bitrate than you recorded them in, which drastically reduces video quality. In addition, log footage crashes the program when you attempt to select a preset under the Color tab in the basic color options. I called Corel multiple times to find a solution to this issue and the company is quick to respond to your calls but slow to connect you to a technician that can help. The technical support process is inundated with redtape as they will give you a ticket through email in an effort to connect you to a technician who may or may not contact you. Once you have been connected to a technician you will be asked to send system data about the device you use the program on. They will then telll you to re-download and re-install the program however this has never worked for me in all the months I've been trying to get them to resolve the issues. Before long, my pleas for help fell on deaf ears as they simply became annoyed with the problem and gave up on trying fix the issues. Subsequent calls to the organization only lead to me being ignored, rudely treated and the problem never being fixed. My pleas to compensate me for the failure of this program by allowing me to upgrade to a different program were met with codemnation and suspicion as they told me I would have to purchase the new program in which I was then suspicious of doing since the last program did not function as it was intended. Their ealier programs worked really well for me which is why I upgraded to their new editors, but their new programs are wrought with game changing editing problems that can destroy motivation, and waste 100's of hours of hard work. I still do edit in 2019 ultimate and videostudio 10x but they do not have a patch to fix these critical issues in their new programs.

TLDR: If you are seriously looking a purchasing a Corel product, please google it to find any issues it might have just to make sure you understand what you may be up against.I use this program for editing my YouTube vlog videos. It worked real good for a long time, even through a couple of upgrades...until January of 2020 when it started crashing anytime I tried to process videos. I contacted support and they were as polite and helpful as they could be for following their script prompts. I was pretty annoyed when nothing worked so I went to the old standby and Googled my issue. Apparently it's a pretty common issue and about the only real fix is to completely uninstall the product and reinstall it which is not real convenient, especially when you're in the middle of trying to get a project out.Also of note, I was asked to review their product when I logged in this time. Of course I will...the other issue is the product it looks like I'm reviewing is not the actual program I have. What I am actually using and reviewing is the Corel Video Studio Pro 2019 so there is clearly a disconnect inside their own system since they filled in the product and asked for a review. My hope is that someone that makes decisions at Corel actually catches wind there is an issue that can and should be addressed.

I have been using this program for 4 years.Since the hardest part of creating videos is learning to use the software effectively I greatly appreciate that the company has continued to support this version.I know they make money selling new versions and that is okay. I just find that most of the time I use 10% (total guess) of the software bells and whistles. I also find that "improved" software requires a rather flat learning curve to acquire the needed skills to operate the program to do what the baseline software already does.

While it FEELS like a decent tool, I have several problems. First, GPU rendering crashes every time. And the output file crashes on Windows. If you upload that file to your phone, it doesn't crash when you open, but all it has is the audio. When I asked for help, all I got was some Indian guy telling me not to use GPU rendering (I used it because It was much faster, and allowed me to use my computer for other things.) Second, when searching the internet for help documents, it can be difficult finding any information on the product that even matches the version that you have.

Downloaded, but failed to install, all it would say is that it had encountered a problem. No help at all. Totally unusable. My computer meets the requirements, so no idea what the problem is.
