個人の感想ですが疲労感に効果を実感しました 。 ASD、ADHD、うつ病があり、あくまで「補助」として本製品を試しました。 500mgとべらぼうな量でカプセルも長さ2cmくらいはあります。 顆粒がカプセルに入っているだけで速効性を実感しました。 ここからは注意点です。 コンサータやリタリンを処方されている方は同時服用しないでください。 薬の成分を分解する機能が弱くなり危険です。

前回買った商品(ビタミンB1)と比較するために、今回はこれを買いました。糖質をたくさん摂るので効果を期待します。

Great value for money

Thiamine and magnesium both work better together missing one and it is not going to work as good. Been taking magnesium for years but I was not taking Thiamine big mistake on my part. Did not take long to see improvement since I added this to my morning routine wish I found the importance of taking these together sooner. This has a significant amount of Thiamine i had no side effects only a significant improvement in my hands !
