Does it make a whole block?

Yes. I did buy extra. I found 20 of the 10's to be useful.

Does this come in green colour?

Hello! This set only comes in blue.

Is this product really as good as advertised?

It's a good tool for visual teaching

Do these link with math link cubes? What are the dimensions of a single cube?

They are just single cubes, rods, and one 100's square, no linking ability. They are tiny cubes... Slightly smaller than a square Lego block. If you step on them they feel like Lego's. We have lost a few cubes down the air vents.
