One Side clip lock is missing and also there is no spoon. Otherwise quality is good

It's design was good and it was leak proof so I kept it after delivery. After few days, when the school reopened, I cleaned the lumchbox for 1st time before sending it to school and guess what, the side lock of the lunchbox broke. My duaghter didn't even take it to school for once.
