It’s a cheap mess
Product is cheap in quality. Was shipped in plastic bag that offered no support and when I opened it, the box had obvious damage. The actually product did not appear to be new but rather used. Attempted to use and when I filled with water, it leaked all over my counter. Thinking I did something wrong, I attempted to refill with water which leaked all over my counter again. I contacted seller and they, unfortunately, are wanting me to pay return fee for something I never got to enjoy. I waste of good money, time and it’s a waste of my time trying to get my refund. This product isn’t worth a star at all.

Good where there is no humidity
I found this totally ineffective for cooling.it actually seemed to make things hotter.if you have no hmidity wher you live this may work.

Great traveling pet cooler
Bought for our daughter's dog to use when left in the motothome during their vacation in hot temperatures. It is working well.

Don't waste your money
I tried using this in a shaded tent (small space) in a very dry desert climate. It did nothing to cool the tent down, in fact it just made it really muggy inside. Honestly, it was much cooler with the windows open than it was with this portable air conditioner.

Not good quality
It does not cool very well, and the vents fall out. If you move it it also leaks water. I am returning this item.

Hardly an Air Con
Very little power in the fan, hardly cools a workspace. but for the price - can't complain really. Perhaps the $150 dollar version will meet the advertising claims.

Did not like this item. Water leaks onto furniture

Waste of money
Don’t buy it’s a waste of money with in the the 1st few minutes it started making a weird noise then the fan blades broke
