家庭でピザを作るために購入しました。 生地は問題なく伸ばしやすく、扱いやすい印象です。 また、ピザピールの上に振りかけて使用すると、生地が滑りやすくなるため、ピザ窯へ入れる際にもかなり使いやすかったです。 焼き上がりもこんがりとして美味しく、自宅でのピザ作り用として満足しています。 他の粉との比較はできませんが、特に不満もなく、家庭でピザを作る用途として十分使いやすい商品だと感じました。

とても使いやすく美味しい粉です。 フォカッチャやピッツァを焼くために購入しましたが、サワードウでカンパーニュを焼いても美味しいです。 オールマイティに使えそうです。 パッケージが紙なので、保管はさらにジップ付きの保存袋に入れるか、密閉容器に移し替える必要があるためマイナス⭐️１で。

Lots of really great flours out, and this is one of the best. It is one of my favorite tasting flours we use for pizza and baguettes. Pizza and bread makers know when I say, the final, raw product is usually happy. Continue making your great product. . . Those of us out there appreciate quality. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stuff, lovely for focaccia and wonderfully soft and neutral flavour that makes it good for many, many things. A little expensive, but you don't get this quality from anywhere else. Seriously give this one a go if you want to try Italian cooking - it works wonderfully and quite easy to use for anything Italian

Great baking flour that makes the best pie crust, cakes, and cookies. Very easy to use. I just love the quality…. Reminds me of White Lilly, that I can’t buy here in Belgium, so I use this Italian brand instead…

Une super qualité, je fais mes pizzas avec cette farine, et j’ai jamais eu des Pizza aussi a aéré !
