You soak them it hot water then let them cool and place them in your ear to mold to your ear shape. It worked well but in a 10 hour shift it started to really hurt my ear. I stopped using it and returned to the canal tip **Q: My set came without Acoustic Coil Tube and without adaptor for it. Is that expected? Where do I find those?** A: Yes, it is only a replacement for your current in-ear earpiece.
