Its a fantastic machine. Very user friendly. Battery life is perfect for what I do. Its also touch screen which in the business I am in really helps. I use it strictly for business no casual scrolling, no social media, no gaming. I follow breaking news for specific sectors and have downloads of certain apps I need for my business. Obviously I cannot comment on the things I don't use it for, but its an absolute beast for my needs. Super fast. I also look at it as having 3 mouses you have the standard finger mouse pad. You have the actual mouse in the red dot and then the touch screen mouse as well. This is mentioned because sometimes we can be a little off with the mouse pad and standard mouse so the touch screen comes in to play a great deal when I must make split second decisions. Not that theres any delays with the others just more human error. So I absolutely love having three options. It makes a really big difference. As with anything its all in what youre looking for. I did many deepsearches with @grok to find this laptop. Also I must give a ton of love to the refurbisher because this runs like its brand new. Now I havent had a long period of time to say it will stay like this for years, but so far I would say if I need another computer in the future I'd be confident enough to say I'll purchase again from the same refurbisher. It was packed very well. It came with everything (it has a pen hole, not sure if this model comes with one, not a big deal if it does as its a simple purchase.) Its just a great laptop that fits my needs exactly (do your due dillegence with ai)

Just as expected
In great condition. Works fine, came as expected. Love it.Edit.Everything was working fine until I decided to double tap and hold the touchpad to drag a folder, the touchpad is now stuck at this prompt and tries to select and highlight even when I am simply just moving the mouse. This s***ks, I have tried everything possible but it doesn't work.

Fair condition. Not "excellent"
Good: specs wise it's great. 16 GB of RAM. 1/2 TB storage. Windows 11 pro. No water or liquid damage inside. Screen in great condition. Battery is in great shape. Came with new power supply.Not so good: listed on Amazon as renewed "excellent" condition. Absolutely not even close to "excellent" condition....-Fan was caked with dust and cat hair.-middle and right mouse buttons above touchpad don't work which will require further repair.-Thermal paste for heatsink was dry and had to be cleaned off and replaced.-Dead insects inside on motherboard.-Lower left corner of shell is chipped off, indicating the laptop has been dropped, and a generic barcode sticker was placed over it to try and hide it.-Keyboard was filthy from previous owners skin oils/finger cheese and required extensive alcohol cleaning-pet hair inside keyboard removed with compressed air-device had foul odor, but remedied with thorough alcohol cleaning.

Great Laptop - No Wired ethernet jack
This laptop is in perfect condition.My only complaint was that it does not have a wired ethernet jack on it. I did not know computers were made without one but did research after fact and found there was an option for only having wireless.

Looks brand new and performs great.
Bought for my 10yr old. Good price and Lenovo has always been my favorite brand. Excellent size for her to manage and travel around. Look and performance is great. Worth the price.
