Bad batch
Lots of the skirts was smashed

At least 30% of skirts are damaged.Would return if I hadn't waited so long.

Late and damaged
The first shipment never made it to me. The second arrived damaged. The tape securing the lid was broken, it had been opened, and a lot of the pellets had damaged skirts. Some looked mangled. I sent it back, waiting on a third shipment.The third shipment arrived on time and unopened. There were a few pellets with damaged skirts but nothing like the second shipment. So I am keeping this delivery. Shouldn't have taken three shipments but this one is useful.

Smashed & bent skirts
For being this expensive and for being a top brand for pellets this was the worse tin I’ve ever bought literally 75% of the skirts were all bent and smashed, carefully hand selected my butt! Sticking with the game and Apollo brand half the price and twice as good.

About 50% of the skirts substantially deformed.
JSB normally does much better than this. Very strange! Are other samplers like this? When I buy tins of one kind of pellet there is no such problem.

Not as good as everyone says…
After reading good reviews I decided to give these a try. Out of 10 shots (15 yards) 5 will be a quarter sized grouping, the other 5 are all over the place (within 2”). This had me questioning their consistency. I pulled out my scale and started weighing pellets. Across all 6 varieties included I had an average weight variance of about 6gr. When I weighed my crossman pellets I bought at Walmart the variance was only 1.5-2gr. Disappointing seeing as how the crossman pellets were about 1/4 the price.
