How would I use this device without user or admin password?** A: power down the laptop, press power, quickly press shift and F2 keys in succession until you enter bios, select boot order,(Destruct key), at that point the laptop should boot from the key allowing you to erase the entire hard drive. Depending on the laptop some may be assigned F11 to enter bios. If none of these work you will need software to reveal passwords. **Q: does this device do DoD wiping?** A: You can boot it for legacy, UEFI and Secure Boot. I'm not sure about DoD, but this is a very good tool. It will wipe your hard drive. Hope this helps. **Q: Bios password locked?
