I liked using this product and found it a timesaver but somewhat tricky to clean. My main reason for the poor rating is that one of the parts broke within 4 months of purchase rendering most of the product no longer fit for purpose. I contacted Mueller to buy a replacement part but they do not provide this service, also because I had purchased the item from another seller they were not interested in my issue. So now I have an expensive device that I can no longer use because of lack of after sales support. This product broke during normal usage which should not have happened so I also wish to point out that it lacks robustness.
