The quality is good and the six wooden bars are well finished. The cast iron is good solid stuff. It is quite heavy to pull up with wet clothes on it. It is really important to measure up well - a six bar rack is pretty wide- I should probably have ordered a four bar rack for a somewhat confined space, with three doors and a sloping ceiling to cope with ! Unfortunately, the double pulley had fallen out of the pack during the journey to me, but the Monster Company did their level best to get a replacement sent to me in a reasonable time, and it did eventually arrive. They were good about returning emails promptly. It is good to be using the rising heat to dry clothes when they cannot go outdoors, and it certainly saves on tumble drying.

Very good storage/dryer. Sturdy and recommended. Remember it needs a good strong fitting to your ceiling

Perfect clothes drying solution. We hung this up in our laundry room with minimal DIY experience no problem. Easy to put up and holds almost a full load of clothes. The only thing worth pointing out is that the slats themselves don't lock in to place so can easily slide out. However this could be easily fixed

A well made and easy to assemble laundry rack. The pulleys move well and are sturdy, the rope is a good thickness and the rack functions as you’d hope! A couple of people pointed out that the slats can be a little loose but it’s easy to fix. I got around it by wrapping the extra length of rope around them to help secure them and tie it off in the same process.

Worst purchase I’ve ever made! So I’ve always wanted one of these and I thought it would be so handy in the winter when I can’t hang clothes outside. This is just an ugly nightmare. The wood falls out of the holes constantly so it’s always hanging down and the whole lot of washing falls down with it that you’ve just put up there. Always looks really scruffy as multiple wood rods hang down. I know a number of people have had to do adaptations themselves to make the rods stay put but this should not be necessary. I did tell seller straightaway about this problem and he wanted photos but he knows from the constant reviews that show this ongoing problem. Instead of keep sending out this why don’t you adapt it or send things with it, which will keep the rods in place!! I’m going to purchase one that actually works properly as this is not fit for purpose and it’s not cheap. I will add photos later of what it constantly looks like. It’s awful .

It’s lovely- I am delighted with it. The Ivory metal ends and the wooden slats are really good quality and look superb. I spent a little time tying knots in the rope to place the dryer where I wanted it, one when it was down and two when it was up. The wooden slats move a bit but not a problem and when I have more time I will put bands around them to keep them in place, as suggested by a previous reviewer.

I was determined to fit this in my house. We made sure it was securely hung into the roof rafters. I hang sheets and heavy wet clothes. They dry quick over night on this frame as heat rises. I have one with 6 slats to hang stuff on but I did put on elastic band on each end of the wooden slats as they slide around without this. The sturdiness of the frame is solid as the ends are thick wrought iron. There is lots of hanging space and removes the need for floor dryers. The weight is manageable when full as your pulling on the pulley to rise and drop. We have it tied to the side of a unit and it’s been perfect so far. Value for money is great as I hang wet towels over night then fluff them up in tumble for 5 so it’s cut tumble time. If this was to break tomorrow I’d be shocked but I’d have another on order immediately.

The product is good in terms of quality, but could use some deeper thinking. The wooden slats are very loose and will likely fall on your head. You'll need to secure it with rubber bands or a small screw to keep these in place. Manufacturer, please solve this problem! It is not that hard.

I like the victorian style of this and very practical.

conforme au descriptif, dommage que les montants en bois bougent dans le support . ce point est vraiment a améliorer car sinon difficile a utiliser, j'ai du mettre des petits clous pour solutionner le probleme.
