The rack appears to be light duty held by two six mm bolts per side. The left side rack I received had the hole spacing slightly too far apart. I had to omit the plastic sleeves in the holes around the bolts to get the bolts to go in correctly and not cross thread. The right rack had the correct spacing. There were no instructions for assembly. The two longest bolts go in the top holes, the next longest goes in the right lower and the shortest goes in the left lower. The large aluminum spacers are for when the top rack is not installed.

My plastics are more expensive and harder to find replacements for so I bought these to use as cheaper crash bars. 3 falls so far offroad. Scratches, but not on the bike and the racks still aren’t dented either. Works with other larger main racks just by adding spacers.

I already the rear rack installed, just had to remove the current bolts and slap in the new ones. Took longer than 4 minutes actually, about 10-15, getting oriented and figuring out the bolts and sleeves. Fit is spot on and will be installing Kemimoto saddlebags today. A quick install map would be nice.

I installed this on my 2021 KLX 300, it's an ok rack, to be honest it feels a bit flimsy especially on the clutch side. I also ran into an issue with the short screws being too long for the bottom left of the mount and I had to use my own (see pictures). However, it did go on and does hold my Mosko bags but probably won't withstand a drop.

After ordering, receiving and installing the PMR rear rack on my 2018 Kawasaki KLX 250 I had no hesitation to order the PMR side racks to complete the rack system for my new bike. Unfortunately, after receiving and installing the side racks I noticed what appeared to be a poor weld connection along with rust at these poor connection points. To be clear, I installed the side racks in my garage and didn't take my bike out until two days later and that's when I discovered the rust. I should also say that the bike was not left out in the rain nor do I live in a coastal environment where high humidity along with salt air would accelerate the oxidation/rust. After closer inspection, see attached photos, I noticed it wasn't only the left side rack that was already beginning to rust it was also rusting at the same connection point on the right side rack. This leads to believe there is a quality control issue with the jig set up and welding within the fab shop where these racks are fabricated. Hopefully the folks at PMR will read this review and make the neccessary changes with the production of their racks so this doesn't happen to those who purchase their racks in the future.

Build quality seems pretty good but it was missing parts when it arrived. I contacted sellar but never heard back. Also, I would rather have had paper instructions than tried to watch the video on my phone since I'm in the boonies and the internet is super sketchy.

fits well but doesn't come with instructions and bolts are different lengths. also comes with a spacer that is only need for some models. would recommend this product but you'll have to figure out where the bolts/spacers go.

This is one of those reviews where I love the product, but the guy that makes and sells them? What a great interaction. I had a problem, took a while to get around to contacting the seller, and from there it was one of the best transactions I ever had. Couldn't more highly reccommend the product or the seller. I have the rear rack too, and it's great. The fact that they make the bike look better too, is a nice bonus.
