It’s truly a value for money product ….an hour in the freezer and gives you instant relief for upto 30 mins . It’s quite sturdy and flexible . Using it for the calf area post surgery

Great for providing complete coverage around a joint
These work as described. My main situation is that they don’t stay cold enough for long enough (for my personal use). So they have advantages and having the wrap around the joint is helpful. Beyond that it’s depending on what and how you need to use the ice pack.

Great for knee pain and swelling!
This ice pack knee wrap is wonderful and really helps with knee swelling and pain. It fits great and doesn’t slide down. It holds the cold temperature for a good while. I would highly recommend!

Comfortable and fitted for ice therapy.
This is the 2nd TheraICE product I have purchased (the 1st was for my shoulder). These are outstanding icing products. They're flexible and comfortable. They stay ice cold for 20 minutes or so (which is the maximum time you should be leaving ice on an area). They freeze quickly. I store in the bag they came in (recommended). Excellent purchase and I highly recommend. Also, shipping was speedy.

I want one for every body part
Well made. Holding up great with daily use for nearly 2 months so far. Gets REALLY cold. Has a cooling effect even if not kept in the freezer or fridge.
