充電ができない場合は、どうすればよいですか？

イヤホンと充電器の金属接続部が汚れていないか確認し、乾いた布やクリップ、ペーパータオルなどでやさしく拭いてください。汗や湿気が原因で接続不良が発生することがあります。

片耳から音が聞こえない、または音量が小さくなった場合は、どうすればよいですか？（リセット方法）
