Will these arrive melted like a lot of the reviews have been saying?

*I do like their product and have noticed a difference in my skin. I live in Southern California. Both shipments arrived with a Cold Pack. 1st shipment arrived fine. 2nd shipment arrived with the Gummies stuck together. It's been a pain in my ARSE to get 2 out of the container daily. There must be a better way to ship. If they arrive melted again, I am going to return them and ask for a replacement. *Question: If they arrive stuck together, would re-freezing them to then break them apart easier effect the potency?

I have bought this product locally for years and when orders from Amazon, my vitamins were stuck together. I feel like they were of poorer quality.

Q:Should i take these with water?

Not necessary since they are gummies. That said, I generally take them with my morning meds, and I drink water with them.

Do these help with hair growth?

I have pretty stagnant hair growth but taking these along with a regimen really does help. I notice my hair grows better with these rather than just the regimen.
