TYMO Thermal Brush Curling Brush, STYLUX 1.7" Heated Round for Blowout Look

En general, estoy muy satisfecha con el cepillo térmico TYMO STYLUX. Calienta rápido, ayuda a moldear el cabello y a darle volumen o rizos sin complicarse tanto como con una tenaza tradicional. Deja un acabado bonito y reduce el encrespamiento. Le doy 4 estrellas porque cumple muy bien su función para el día a día, aunque requiere un poco de práctica al inicio para agarrarle bien el truco al moldeado. Recomendado.

I have had other heated curling brushes and truthfully can take them or leave them. I was impressed with this TYMO Thermal Brush, STYLUX 1.7 (not the infrared). My hair is naturally frizzy but this heated brush was able to give me straight smooth hair for a change and a style that lasted. I’m keeping it. Now it makes me wonder about if the infrared would be just that much better or not.

Well I really should have ordered a smaller brush size not happy that when I wanted to return it for a different size I had to pay shipping fees so it am keeping it. It works ok but my hair is shorter so if you are getting one with shorter hair I suggest you get the smaller roller size.

This curling brush heats up fast. I have a layered, medium length hairstyle and this gives me a perfect curl and bounce. The curls aren’t too tight because the barrel is big. It’s possible but difficult to burn yourself, but the bristles keep your fingers off the barrel for the most part. I find the bristles the perfect stiffness for my hair type as I can roll it and spin it without it tangling or grabbing. I would take a half star away because the button to turn it on and control the temperature is exactly where my thumb wants to hit so I do turn it to a lower temperature accidentally on occasion, but it’s easy enough to click back to high. I’m very happy with my purchase.

This is not a hair dryer. It is a brush thermal curling brush. I have fine, dry, frizzy thinning hair. I was doubtful it would give me silky smooth hair on a first pass. But I followed instructions - I washed my hair, put heat protector in it, and let my hair air dry. I put this on its lowest setting, gathered about 1.5 inches of hair and passed the brush over it. I turned the brush, though it didn't say to do it. One pass, silky smooth straight hair with some bounce! I am ridiculously pleased with this. I imagine it will be healthier for my hair than my flat iron. Time will tell.
