Yes but if you have a sewing machine with a large throat space (i.e. 11") you may find your left leg to be a little cramped in the space.

Q: Will this handle the pfaff creative performance. it is a heavy machine measuring l0" x 20" ?

I believe it would. I have a Janome 9400 with the following dimensions W 20.8" x H 12.6" x D 9.6" and it weighs 29lbs. I have no problems with it

The MOD 2011 cabinet will accommodate the following maximum machine dimensions: width: 23 ¾” (left to right), depth: 12 ½” (front to back), height: 14 ½ and weighs 55 lbs. Depending on the manufacturer date of the cabinet you may need to contact Arrow directly for a modified lift stop part that ships with cabinets produced after 11/2019.

My Janome 8200, 27 lbs, has been in use on this cabinet for over a year. Its a solid piece of furniture.
