Review: Good, But... - I didn’t give this 5 stars because when it arrived one battery was dead and wouldn’t charge. I was sent a replacement and made whole. The unit itself works pretty well. It cuts pretty thick branches. It is easy to use, just pop in the battery, turn it on, hit the trigger 3X and go. It seems to be built well and it looks to be quality made. I am unsure of the longevity of the tool but time will tell. While this tool is a little pricy, it is priced in the middle of comparable tools.

This was a bit of a surprise, it works great, had no issues cutting branches 2". It's easy to use and the batteries that came with it last a while, so I don't need to grab my makita ones. A lot easier than loppers and trying to use my small chain saw. A great product for the price.
