Great quality
Very good quality herbs. I just wish they were ground finer and they have a smell that is natural but itโs strong. They definitely work though

If you want valerian, this seems like a good one
Let's be real: no one is drinking valerian tea for the flavor or aroma. This tea is packed with both, though, which probably means the quality is good. (If you're curious about my subjective experience, I'd describe the taste as being a cross between PineSol cleaner and sweaty gym socks. I could still taste it for about an hour after I finished drinking it.) It's slightly darker than pictured here, and seems fresh. Now that I know how valerian tastes, I'll probably never buy it again...but that's no fault of this tea, only my own picky preferences.
