Straightforward to use. Effective in cleaning cement residue from brickwork.

Product arrived ahead of time which was great but then the delivery driver left behind the 4 foot wall next to path which wasn’t so good considering kids always walk up and down more care needs to be made with the delivery of this product

Was delivered before anticipated date, so that was good. BUT the product was not very effective in cleaning the marks off the bricks as I had hoped - even after repeating the process - so will not purchase this product again. I recognised the trade name so that is why I opted for this product.

I would give a zero review but as that’s not an option settled for one star. I carefully followed the instructions on the container but there was virtually no visible change in the appearance of the discoloured brickwork, as the attached image shows. After contacting the supplier as recommended they refused to refund, claiming I had to contact the manufacturer, which I find totally unacceptable. I will be taking this matter to Amazon who fulfilled the order and accepted payment.

Clean in safe place. Smokes when used for removing mortar from towels.

I bought this to remove some paint stains from brick work and whilst it's worked in some places with a lot of heavy scrubbing in most places the paint stains remain.
