Yes, its a very good product. It goos for many thing fondant, pearls And more.

Can i use this on jerky?

Probably so. It's edible so I don't see why not. But what are you doing with the jerky I'm curious!

Erik, What I used was called 'Wilton Dab-N-Hold' edible adhesive. it's a 2 oz little white bottle, twist cap & squeeze. Works great. I don't know about this 'Black dab-n-color' stuff....never saw it or used it. Try this Dab-N-Hold stuff, it works very well & also just use clear piping gel or tylose & water to make a glue....
