I have been taking these for a couple weeks now. I take them at night and have noticed a difference. I still have insomnia sometimes, but it has helped me actually sleep through the night instead of waking up 3 or 4 times a night. And the taste is really good. I want to eat more they taste so good.

Très bonnes petites gommes, faciles à prendre et surtout… pas de goût bizarre comme plusieurs suppléments. La saveur canneberge‑raisin est douce, agréable, et ça ne colle pas aux dents. Après quelques jours, j’ai senti mes muscles un peu moins tendus et mon sommeil plus stable. J’aime aussi que ce soit du bisglycinate, donc doux pour l’estomac.On dirait des petites vitamines qui disent : « relax, je m’occupe de toi ».Bref, simple, efficace, et agréable à prendre. J’en reprendrai.
