The taste is slightly of caramel and texture. I did add it to my premix lattes and it's delicious. I got the SB pumpkin spice latte at home now. I hope they sell it all seasons and forever. I could totally see it also as a topping on ice cream. Its flexible. I'm happy i chose it over the syrup version. Only con is that I do wish the change that lift and peel though. Maybe mine was faulty but it stretched and didn't want to peel. It was seals tight that i had to cut a hole which is fine though. To my taste, there is too much ginger and not enough cinnamon. Still good on ice cream.
