I started a new job that was murder on my knees, which have had surgery and are slightly arthritic. This is an amazing product! I followed the directions and took the loading dose of 6 capsules a day for two weeks. I now take 2 capsulesevery morning before breakfast. This product has helped with my stiffness and joint pain. I can now walk and bend with very little pain.Carrying my groceries upstairs is easy to do again. Before I took ArthroActive, I could barely make it up the stairs, much less do it10 to 15 times carrying groceries. I am 63 years old and now I feel like I did in my 50's. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for a while. My knees have pretty much plagued me since I was in my 20’s…it runs in the family and seems to be partly weather-related, like when the temperature jumps.
