Product packing when shipped???

yes good packing when I received it

who is the seller? the website doesnt appear to exist..hard to trust that.

I've used this brand on and off for over a year, seems to be the same as what I get from my naturopath.

Why did mine solidify?

It solidifies at 65.3F (just below room temp). Above that temp it will turn back to a liquid. I ordered mine when it was very cool outside and it was solid when it arrived. It does not harm the product, and took its sweet time "thawing out". Give it some time. It will be fine.

Is this pharmaceutical grade… I dont see these words on label
